These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ljl3 ("ljl3," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ljl3 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of the ljl3 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ljl3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ljl3 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account Verification: ljl3 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

ljl3 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the ljl3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ljl3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at ljl3's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱1. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ljl3 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ljl3 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.
• Transaction Fees: ljl3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable fees.

ljl3 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

ljl3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to ljl3 immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ljl3 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or responsible gaming tools implemented by ljl3.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ljl3's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ljl3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ljl3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

ljl3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus balances and pending verification of legitimate play) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to ljl3's verification and compliance procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, players must submit a formal complaint to ljl3 customer support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ljl3 will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
